  12.  I am a relatively novice C programmer (took an Intro class) and I
  13. could use some help with a calculation I need to perform:

  15.  I have the total number of seconds that have elapsed since 1/1/70,
  16. and need to calculate the current date/time.  Is there a function
  17. within C that will help with this, or something else that will keep me
  18. from attempting to reinvent the wheel??  Whatever direction anyone
  19. could provide would be greatly appreciated!
